Cancellation policy

100% payment during booking to confirm the reservation. Free cancellation within the first 4 hours of booking. We will return 100% of deposit 60 days before check in and 50% of deposit between 14 days and 59 days before check in.

No Outdoor Fires* No Smoking* No Naked Flames*

Wildfires are a reality here.

Here, as in much of Portugal, it is strictly forbidden to light an outdoor fire during the hot summer months. Please use only the designated BBQ area provided.

A new law in Portugal recently came into effect that legally prohibits any kind of burning or use of fire such as bonfires, fireworks, candles, flame lanterns etc. during the hot months (June – September)

Please do not leave any glass outside as the reflection may start a fire in the dry weather.

Smokers

These are non-smoking apartments. We provide ashtrays for smokers outdoors.

Quiet Time

Sound travels in these quiet mountain valleys! If there is another guest staying in the other house, please respect them by keeping your volume down between 11pm – 6am.

Pets

Free! No extra charges Dogs are allowed on request provided that they are handled with responsibility, please control your dogs barking and dispose of all dog litter in bins. Please respect the other guests by keeping your pets on leash when they are around. Do not leave your pets alone in the property.
